ABOVE: Plan T3A - A 3 Bedroom Single Storey House. This spacious three bedroom home is designed to enjoy a total area of almost 116 square metres, incorporating two bathrooms. The bedroom/ Living area is 12.8 by 6.2 m and the kitchen/ veranda is a further 5.7 by 6.4 m.

Plan T3B - A 3 Bedroom Two Storey House. This classic-style two storey building accommodates a spacious three bedroom holiday home or residence, and encompasses a total area of 150 square metres. the dimensions of the ground floor are 12.0 by 8.5 m and the upper floor is 12.0 by 4 m. The internal walls on the ground floor can be of solid log /stud wall or even a mixture, whilst the upper floor must have stud walls. The design can be styled up or down in size.
